RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Sales & Collection Terms 

1.    Final Sale / No Refunds
• All sales are final. Payment is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed, regardless of change of mind or dissatisfaction.
 

2.    No Exchanges Permitted
• The Company does not permit exchanges, including but not limited to size, design, or colour variations. Each item is sold as-is and cannot be substituted after purchase.

3.    Inspection and Acceptance Upon Collection
• Buyers collecting their order in person are responsible for inspecting the item(s) at the point of collection.
• Once the buyer has inspected and accepted the item(s) and has exited the retail premises, the sale shall be considered final. 
• No replacement, repair, refund, or exchange will be provided under any circumstance thereafter.
